On May 1st, 2008, Rabea Tea sponsored a unique art exhibition hosted by the artist Fatima Bazeem. The event, which lasted for ten days, featured various paintings that used Tea as its core component. Each canvas spoke a story using tea colors, while few paintings used Rabea Tea bags as an element of design. Rabea Tea samples were given out in the first few days.
The event was open to the public between the hours of 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. at the House of Artists in the Jamjoom Center. The exhibition was launched by Mrs. Maha Fetaihi, wife of the governor of the city of Jeddah, for the ladies; while Dr. Saleh Al Turki, head of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, launched the exhibition for men. |
